Michael Davis is a multifaceted visual artist, veteran, and educator based out of Phoenix, Arizona. He currently holds a Master of Fine Arts from the University of Notre Dame (2020) and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Northern Arizona University (2016). Davis's artistic journey is deeply rooted from his time as a United States Navy Corpsman where he developed an acute appreciation for the beauty of the human form and its infinite expressive complexities as well as humanity’s ever increasing global and cultural entanglement. This profound experience ignited within him a relentless passion for researching the human condition and exploring the unique narratives that speak of our daily physical life and spiritual existence. Through his art, he invites viewers into a world where the boundaries between the tangible and the intangible blur, encouraging introspection and contemplation about the interconnectedness of human experiences and the profound depth of the human soul.
